Relationship quality is an important factor in all families whether you are an extended family, adopted family, step family, same sex family or grandparent family.
Conflict in relationships is part of everyday life but conflict which is frequent, intense and poorly resolved can lead to distressed relationships and have harmful effects on children.

Exams can be stressful for anyone. But for young people in particular, it can cause them to feel:
🔸Worried
🔸Confused
🔸Angry
🔸Embarrassed
🔸Tired
🔸Emotional
But there are things you can do to support them and that they can do to help manage their workload and how they’re feeling.

About Central Bristol Children’s Centres

We want them to be able to equip themselves with the life skills they need to grow up happy, healthy and successful – but sometimes this responsibility can feel quite overwhelming as a parent. We believe that all children and families have a right to access our services and be welcomed as equal partners. At Central Bristol Children’s Centre, we aim to build open and trusting relationships with families and we recognise that everyone comes to our centres with a journey to share, from which we can all learn. We understand that this personal history needs to be voiced and listened too and that this cannot happen without space and time. We recognise that you know your child better than anyone and that you want what is best for your child.

Groups, Activities and Events
