Mental Health and Wellbeing

‘’Be gentle with yourself, you’re doing the best you can”.

Here at CBCC we pride ourselves on supporting mental health. Many of the family support team are trained ‘mental health first aiders’ and we look out for each other and you. It can be hard to admit that you are finding managing your own, or your child’s, mental health a challenge. Why don’t you look at some of these links…. you may find some strategies to support you and your family. Alternatively, get in contact, often, just talking helps………we may be able to find some answers together. We strongly believe that mental health is as important as physical health, let’s have a discussion and take some positive steps.’
