Welcome back to the new year and a new timetable. Please look and see what groups you would like to come to. Some groups are open to all, no need to book, just drop in. Others need a referral or a chat with a practitioner. You can contact us on here or call us on 0117 9030337 with any questions.
Please keep an eye on Facebook for cancellations. We are working hard to maintain a service, but groups will (at times, and with regret) be cancelled.
